Can’t make a class? Here are the details on cancellations:

• Change-up's happen, we get it. Our cancellation policy gives riders 12 hours pre ride to change it up if needed. Cancel your ride 12 hours or more before ride time and you will receive a full credit back onto your account. If cancelled within the 12 hour window the ride is non-refundable, and your account will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee. 

• All classes can be cancelled online through the Salted Cycle app. Log into the app, go to Upcoming Reservations, find your scheduled class, and click Cancel Reservation.

All about account charges:

• Classes must be paid in full before you get on the bike.

• Forgot your water bottle at home? We’ve got your back. There is water for purchase at the studio, and we can charge this to your credit card on file if you don’t have any change on hand – no fuss.

• There’s no gift quite like a gratifying workout! Salted Cycle gift cards can be redeemed for class packs or passes, and cannot be converted into cash.

• If a Salted rider’s credit card becomes declined for class or other charges, we ask that you please update your payment information before your next trip to the studio.

Sign, sealed, delivered – Salted Cycle waiver:

• All guests must complete the waiver before their first ride at the studio. This, along with the Bike Safety Instructions, can be downloaded online or reviewed in-person at Salted Cycle.

Calling all minor riders:

• We couldn’t be happier to host younger riders at Salted Cycle. To get on the bike, you must be at least 13 years old and over 4’10”.

• Under 18? Bring your parent or guardian with you on your first day of class. They’ll have to sign your consent form in-person.

Other important extras:

• For your safety, the maximum number of classes guests can take in one day is two (2).

• Salted Cycle is equipped with lockers, and we are not liable for stolen, missing, or damaged items. The Lost-and-Found at the studio will house left-behind belongings for 30 days, and after this period, these items will be either donated or discarded.

• Single class passes and packages do not expire.

• Our monthly limitless packages begin on the date selected and expire 1, 3, 6, or 12 months after the first ride. The 12 month pass can be placed on pause for up to two weeks once per year.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.
